Bill has a wealth of commercial real estate advisory expertise accumulated 30+ years and a well-earned reputation in the market as an inventive strategist who has consistently uncovered latent real estate opportunities and/or exposures on behalf of a predominantly blue-chip clientele in Canada and the US. He has authored a number of landmark transactions. He has represented numerous multinationals for Quebec requirements as well as requirements in the United States, the UK, and Latin America. His past and present clients include Bombardier, Ernst & Young, Imperial Tobacco, Nortel, Marketel McCann Erickson, Teleglobe, Abbott Labs, BDO, Shell Canada, Dun & Bradstreet, Bristol Myers Squibb, Business Development Bank of Canada, Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Montreal Chambre de Commerce, Bell Canada, IMS Health, CFCF-12, US Government, Canadian Marconi, TaTa Group, Albany College of Pharmacy, The Guarantee Company of North America, Montreal Expos, Montreal Alouettes, and many of the major law firms in Montreal amongst others. He has also advised select restaurant clients in evaluating sites and renegotiating leases. His opinions are regularly sought out and he has also consulted for landlords and developers on both sides of the border. He has also appeared as an expert witness in real-estate disputes. He holds a MBA and BS in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston and sits on the board of Montreal ORT, a division of World ORT, the largest non-governmental educational organization in the world.
