Brian Marcil specializes in representing tenants and landlords.
After graduating from Loyola College (Concordia University), he was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League where he played for 5 years. In addition, he also played a year with the Montréal Alouettes football team.
Before joining Strategique, Mr. Marcil accumulated a substantial amount of experience as an effective negotiator in addition to possessing extensive knowledge of the local and provincial office leasing market. He has been regularly honoured for his sales excellence record.
Furthermore, he became a Certified General Accountant (C.G.A.) in Canada. This financial discipline gives Mr. Marcil a competitive advantage when working on real estate projects and analysis.
He has also successfully completed a CCIM designation (Commercial Real Estate’s Global Standard for Professional Achievement).
