Bill has a wealth of commercial real estate advisory expertise accumulated over more than twenty years and a well-earned reputation in the market as an inventive strategist who has consistently uncovered latent real estate opportunities and/or exposures on behalf of a predominantly blue-chip clientele. He has authored a number of landmark transactions in Montreal. He has represented numerous multinationals for Quebec requirements as well as requirements in the United States, the UK, and Latin America. His past and present clients include Bombardier, Ernst & Young, Imperial Tobacco, Nortel, Marketel McCann Erickson, Teleglobe, Abbott Labs, BDO Dunwoody LLP, Shell Canada, Dun & Bradstreet, Bristol Myers Squibb, Business Development Bank of Canada, Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Montreal Chambre de Commerce, Bell Canada, IMS Health, CFCF-12, US Government, Canadian Marconi, TaTa Group, Albany College of Pharmacy, The Guarantee, Montreal Expos, and many of the major law firms in Montreal amongst others. He holds a MBA and BS in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston and sits on the board of Montreal ORT, a division of World ORT, the largest non-governmental educational organization in the world.
