Having honed the fundamentals of selling in the textile trade, an industry that can sometimes seem commoditized, Richard brought innovative client driven solutions to his clients – introducing them to technologies and techniques that enhanced their productivity and product quality. Clients included Vanity Fair, Nike, Spyder, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Victoria Secret. Richard transitioned from textiles to real estate and contributed to the growth of Intrawest’s Tremblant. Richard again demonstrated an ability to identify customers for, explain the complexities of, and ultimately consummate a transaction for a relatively new concept - fractional real estate. Returning to Montreal in order to spend more time with his expanding gang of grand children, Richard joined Strategique in September 2009.
