Having honed the fundamentals of selling in the textile trade, an industry that can sometimes seem commoditized, Richard brought innovative client driven solutions to his clients – introducing them to technologies and techniques that enhanced their productivity and product quality. Clients included Vanity Fair, Nike, Spyder, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Victoria's Secret. Richard transitioned from textiles to real estate and contributed to the growth of Intrawest’s Tremblant. Richard again demonstrated an ability to identify customers for, explain the complexities of, and ultimately consummate a transaction for a relatively new concept - fractional real estate, Richard joined Strategique in 2009, quickly exhibiting his skills in structuring real estate solutions for a diverse clientele. Among his Professional and industrial clients are Schwartz Levitsky Feldman, ArrowElectronics, FLS Transport, NPJ International. Included in the multi national food and beverage industry clients he has represented are Yeh! Yogourt, and Beavertails.
