Strategic Assignment
The principals of the firm are available to execute strategic assignments on a confidential basis. Such assignments typically entail a thorough evaluation of real estate assets and/or leases and their impact on a potential merger or acquisition, or may require an expert opinion on matters of a sensitive nature. Principals have the experience necessary to act as expert witnesses and have appeared at trials and arbitration hearings.
